Across my career I have successfully designed and/or applied a wide range of models based on quadrant's to quantify the current state and to identify opportunities to develop an improved future state be that at an individual, team or organisation level
Quadrant's take many forms and can be used to define and identify a broad range challenges and create frameworks to develop the opportunities and strategies for improvement.
Perhaps the most common form of quadrant is the one commonly known as the "two by two matrix" which uses two axis to enable us to assist clients to map the current state, identify opportunities and design the desired or future state
We have successfully developed a wide range of successful application for this framework
The highly popular and very effective Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument identifies thinking preferences based on the four quadrants of the brain. Understanding our preferred thinking style and applying the proven benefits of Whole Brain Thinking form the basis for our extensive programme of Thinking For Success workshops which enable organisations to harness their cognitive diversity to produce improved outcomes across many critical personal and business challenges including :
Customer Service
Sales Effectiveness
Cashflow Improvement
Communication
Leadership
Conflict Resolution
Team Development
Performance Management
Coaching
Effective Meetings
Stakeholder Engagement
Change Management
Strategy
Decision Making & Problem Solving
... and many more
Our CX Experience and Emotional Culture Workshops are also based on quadrants - the definition cards, desk mats and wall boards are all quadrants
The CX Programme enables organisations to better define and imbed their Customer Experience Strategy across the entire organisation
The Emotional Culture Deck workshops help define the culture that will best enable the organisations future success . This has never been more important than in todays work environment where the challenges from changed employee expectations and an evolving employment market present major challenges
